1. If I order a rug, how long will it take to arrive? 

If you have placed your order before 3pm and it's in stock, your rug will leave our warehouse the same day. If you place your order after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend then your rug will be dispatched within 48-72 hours. 

2. Can I return the rug if I don't like it? 

If you're not feeling the love of your Plantation Rug or for any reason you'd like to return, then of course you can. You have up to 7 working days from the day of delivery of your rug to cancel your purchase and get a refund, but we will need you to pay for the return of the goods. 

3. I'd like to order a rug, but I'd like to see a rug before I order. Do you have a showroom? 

We don't have a showroom, but we do have a great partnership with over one hundred retailers nationwide, where you can view our fabulous rug collection. Call 0800 121 1511 to find your nearest retailer.
